INSTRUCTIONS: (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

1. Before placing your order please message me with exactly what you are interested in ordering. Sending an image file (it can be hand-drawn), detailed instructions and any additional information that would give me a good understanding with what you are looking for will help the overall process. Please indicate if the file will be used for Personal or commercial purposes.

2. Once submitted, please wait for a reply with the quote. After consulting with you we will via message what PRICING LEVEL you need to select and purchase.

3. Purchase the listing by selecting the pricing level you have beed quoted from the drop down list. Please do not make the purchase without receiving a quote. If so, we will be forced to proceed to cancel the order and make a refund with a 25% penalty to cover the costs generated by the cancellation of the order.

4. Once the order has been placed I will be in contact with you with the initial mock up within 24-48 hrs. A total of 2 revisions will allowed per item.

5. Once the design is approved, I will send the final SVG files to your Etsy email address unless you indicate otherwise.
